Cherished Moments works hard to process and ship orders quickly, with most orders shipping within 1–2 business days. Our team operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, and observes all federally recognized U.S. holidays. Order processing time is separate from and in addition to carrier transit times. 

Orders with standard shipping are shipped via USPS, USPS rates apply. Expedited shipping options are available for purchase at checkout. Orders placed with standard shipping are typically delivered within 7–10 business days. Delivery estimates displayed during checkout are provided directly from USPS and UPS and are estimates only.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you, the buyer, upon transfer of the merchandise to the shipping carrier. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Cherished Moments is not responsible for loss, damage, delays, or delivery issues. Actual delivery dates may differ from the estimated delivery date provided by carrier during the checkout process and are not guaranteed by Cherished Moments. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, inaccurate carrier estimates, weather conditions, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

At this time, Cherished Moments ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands and Canada.
